Troop 1423, California, PA.  The graphics for this trailer were actually designed by one of the troop's scoutmasters.  The idea was to have the wings of the eagle wrap the trailer.  We produced paint masks for the shop that did the custom paint (Russell's Body & Frame, Charleroi, PA), and when they were ready we applied the flag, lettering and a few details, such as the 22 karat gold eagle's eye.
